Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 90 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 24 hours away at time of booking.
Rates vary by season and demand. Cleaning fee and required Florida/Walton County taxes (12%) apply. Wristbands for WaterColor amenities are required for all guests age five and older; these are provided at or near cost and will be added to the reservation. Lost wristbands incur a $50 replacement fee per WaterColor HOA policy. Golf cart use requires signing a liability waiver. Pets must be disclosed at booking and require prior approval. $200 per pet applies.;
